I am a trauma-informed perinatal and motherhood mental health therapist, emotional intelligence assessor, trained postpartum doula, and registered yoga teacher. I can help with healing attachment wounds, teaching you tools to regulate your nervous system and finally feel SAFE again, and co-crafting a game plan so you feel confident you will reach your goals.

Starting the journey with me is simple. Reach out with any questions you have, I'll respond within 48 hours, and we will set up a time to meet. Then... just come as you are! I am a trauma-informed perinatal and motherhood mental health therapist, emotional intelligence assessor, DONA-trained postpartum doula, and registered yoga teacher. In our sessions, we will create a space where you can feel safe to explore who you truly are, drop the f* bomb, cry about your own upbringing, celebrate the wins, and admit that motherhood (sometimes) sucks. You will be met with compassion, nourishment, and evidence-based suggestions for how to swim your way back to your inner truth and power.
