I am a trauma-informed therapist in St. Louis, Missouri, specializing in somatic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts work — helping people who've learned to silence their own needs finally come home to themselves. As an emotional intelligence assessor and registered yoga teacher, I bring a truly whole-person approach to trauma therapy in Saint Louis. I can help with healing attachment wounds, teaching you tools to regulate your nervous system and finally feel SAFE again, and co-crafting a game plan so you feel confident you will reach your goals.

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and values-based work, we will identify your goals from our very first session and set a plan in motion to make them happen with regular accountability and celebration.
